joining the bandwagon! plus some general life updates under the cut.

i couldn't be happier that my semester's almost done with. balancing work and school and friends and hobbies is a lot more work than i expected, but we're still kicking! my course load for the spring is the same number of hours, and i didn't write a whole lot in the latter half of the year, so i think it'll really cut into the number of fics i write in 2025, which is a shame, because i have so many ideas. i was thinking of trying to keep up a "1 fic a month" deal like i tried for 2024, but it'll probably fall through XD i'll still try though!!

within the next couple weeks i'll do a fic roundup to summarize all my writing for 2024. i'm excited to look back on some of it, because honestly, i've written a lot that i'm proud of! i think i really learned my style, the only thing is that i'd like to read a bit more to polish some of my weak points. if anyone has any book recommendations, let me know!

christmas isn't usually that exciting for me, but i'm really looking forward to it this year. it'll be the first christmas away from my parents, and i've gotten my friends gifts i think they'll really love! PLUS the new nintama movie comes out on the 20th ohhh my god i'm so excited. i won't be able to watch it for a while but i don't care!!!!! my friend is going to see it and will report back... ohhh... doi-sensei...

in any case! life is good! even if i'm still not used to the snow up here yet. i hope everyone else is well, too!.
